After about 6 years of smoking I found that the perfect amount is two cigs a day: one after breakfast and one after dinner

When I was 16 i started smoking because my friends did. Smoked til 23. Got a blu, used it for a year trying to slow down and quit, lost it, quit after losing it.

I found it again and I want to use it, but I actually can't be fucked to charged it. Quitting was easy for me because of how lazy I am.

I'll still have a cigar at a party, wedding, or if someone gives me one, but I have no desire to buy anything anymore.

Something I find the helps ease off smoking tobbaco with a joint is to start vaping weed, then mix the vaped weed with fresh weed and a tiny bit of tobacco up to the point where you are only smoking a mix of the weed.

Was a smoker for 6 years. I managed to quit for a few months at the most, but I always picked it up again. Since I've been vaping, I still get a slight craving for cigarettes, but I've never picked one up and smoked it since. So glad to be rid of them, hopefully I haven't done any real damage.

I still smoke for 2 reasons. 1) It's something to do with my idle hands when I'm bored. And 2) It's a good stress reliever. I'm at a low point in life, these things are essentially pacifiers for me.

The sad part about smoking is that we smoke them to eliminate stress, but should we ever do without cigarettes, we will suffer withdrawal and be subjected to stress levels that are insanely higher than what we experienced before starting smoking. It's essentially a trap, one that kills around 5mil a year worldwide.

If you reduce it to 3 per day I doubt smoking will have any significant impact on your health, basically smoke in moderation and you'll die around the same time as non-smokers, assuming you also eat a balanced diet.

I smoke pipes. The tobacco is of a higher quality than cigs, and rarely have nasty additives. The process is slower and doesn't become a reflex action, which cuts down on smoking in itself. Personally I can take a break from smoking for months without ever getting an urge to light up.
