DRINK a lot of water throughout the trip.

The best LSD advice would be to be prepared, but also just let things happens. Have some sort of a plan going into the trip of what you want to get out of it, and activities you, and your friends are going to do. If you end up just wanting to go outside, and stare at shit instead of the things on your list that's fine. There's just nothing worse than a group of people with heads full of acid, and nobody can think of anything to do so you all end up sitting in the house all day, and essentially waste what could have been an awesome time.

The problem is you have to get fucked up in order to get to that point. Most doctors don't prescribe opiates to get people high. In fact they want to avoid that because people can become so easily addicted. So the prescribe you just enough for PAIN MANAGEMENT. Not pain elimination.

LSD doses are in microgram range.
Usually, one tab has 80-200µg. 100µg is a light to moderate dose, 200µg a strong dose.
But if your dealer says it's 220µg, it is probably around 180-200µg or something like this.
