Drippers are the best for flavor and vapor production (more nicotine delivered) but they have a learning curve, some sub-ohm tanks are OK. Just gradually lower your nicotine levels, do not be worried when lowering nicotine levels if you vape more, you will @ first then taper back to normal ... in my experience anyway ...

First advice, don't buy that stuff that's packaged and from a factory. Find a local vape shop and buy the house juice so they can make it how you want it and don't fuck with pussy nautilus.

Get a sub ohm and get the herakles sense.

Aspire cleito that I mentioned. I also have a uwell crown and smok tfv4 micro for comparison. Cleito is better than both and literally the cheapest tank you can buy. Crown doesn't have enough air flow and tfv4 micro destroys its coils

Yes, RDAs are Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers. It's just the atomizer, it's neither regulated or unregulated but it can run on either style mod.

If you want to quit smoking buy a juul from pax. Everyone I've ever gotten on those has quite smoking they day they got it.

If you want flavor learn to build a dripper, or buy a nice tank.

I vaped with a simple Crown starter kit and kicked smoking cigarettes for 2 months, after smoking 2 packs a day for a decade. Used a juice from mt. vapor site, got one bottle of grape juice box with nicotine and one without. Started smoking again because some asshole totalled my ride...after sitting on the curb for a minute I snapped the thing in half and asked a cop for a cig. I regret not staying quit but oh well.

Sob-ohming will be good for you; start with a 6mg juice and then see if that's too much for you. You'll get the throat hit that cigarettes give but your lungs won't hate you.

Also, get a Kangertech tank. Aspire's Nautilus is outdated and shitty imo. If you want a nice tank though, try a Herakles Plus. Some people recommend the TFV-4 but honestly it's not my favorite tank and I haven't used it in months.
