I watch GoT since I'm too invested in the story to quit now. I don't agree with all the shit people say about the show in this thread. I do agree that is has gone to shit in later time, not because of Bran "time travels" but because it's starting to feel like Lost or some other "neverending" show they just keep pumping out seasons to make money. Nothing actually happens and the story progresses so slowly only to be filled with cliffhangers for some plot that has absolutely no impact. It has also been very predictable so far.
Don't get me wrong though, these are things I complain about but it's not dealbreakers to get me to stop watching, I still enjoy it.

Which is why I pointed out that TV Series can't do good storytelling because of the format, one episode a week and you have to include a certain amount of time per actor, cliffhangers, etc. Also you need to be appealing to audience to watch every fucking week since if they don't, you won't get renewed for another season IE you are out of a job as a director.

Don't get me wrong though, I like TV series and GoT, I just acknowledge the faults that come with.

This series has been a bit boring so far. It's a lot of set up for a siege of winterfell, dany hopefully doing something and the mountain murdering everyone.
Hopefully they won't just squeeze it all into the final episode.

I doubt we'll see much of a white walker invasion yet either. Seems to be to be the kind of thing they'll need to save for the final season because either everyone will die (hopefully) or everyone's individual story will have to take a back seat to the white walkers.
