I used to drink steel reserve. About 4-6 16 oz cans a night. I switched to natty daddy (yes I went white trashy) which is the same percentage but slightly less calories because I had gained 25 pounds after 3 years.

Hey dude... experience talking. Just eat heavily some food like steak/kung pao chicken or stuff that comes with alot of liquid. Its been known to make soft drinks unharmful and having the protein increases your body definitely more. Just try to eat 2 or better 3-4 hours or more earlier so its in your bloodstream.
