Get a grip on human anatomy first- work with gesture drawings and practice perspective. If something is hard, that means you haven't gotten it committed to muscle memory yet.
While "talent" dictates your inherent ability to quickly learn and improve with art, you can always grow better with hard worked skill. Never be satisfied, always strive to do better.
