M16: 5.56x45mm nato rounds. Harder to field strip, harder to clean, jams easier due to firing pin placement. Accurate up to 600yards.

The AK is a much better weapon for shooting gooks close range, the marines knew it, you know it, everyone knows it.
Much much better hip firing, feels better when aiming down the sights. It's a reliable machine, which is why they've been in use since the 40s

The M16s not ugly that's why it's in so many movies

The M-4 has replaced the M-16 in all U.S. fighting units. If you're a clerk, you still might get and old-ass M-16. Carried an M-4 in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan and never had a jam or double feed. Enough with the Vietnam horror stories; the very first M-16's had no forward assist for the bolt and were 100% doomed to jam. Also, metal mags are the weakness of the newer M-16/M-4. No infantryman is stupid enough to carry metal ones unless he inspects and cleans them regularly. The lips bend and it is very very difficult to see and this causes mis-feeds and double over rides. Russian AK mags are twice as thick, but an M-4 with P-mags is far superior. Ask any dead Haji, from 2005/6 on.

Glocks are for shitlords who know nothing and bitches who don't want to chip a thumbnail on the hammer.
