What has you down? Just stuck in a rut? Does this happen often? I get fed up of the daily grind sometimes but i feel powerless in life so nothing much can be done there.
My day was good, ended up seeing some friends before i left which turned into just making the flight with no sleep, very tired now but trying to fix sleeping pattern so ill go to bed round midnight local time. i met the girl im going to the ball with today and shes so nice to be aorund that i nearly felt comfortable. i looked like shit today though but sure as long as i look ok on friday.

Fair enough on the meds Ive heard people become zombies on the depression meds and instead of blocking out the depression they block out everything. Thats no way to live either. Course could be bullshit what ive heard but meh.
