Use some velocity for amplitude variation on the hats. Give it a less mechanical feel.

Sounds like you've gone a bit nuts on the reverb on the main synth,

The high pitched synth sounds cool. I like the melody it plays as it is quite harmonically subtle.

I'm not using my monitors so I can't really comment on the mix confidently.

Depends on what instrument you use.

Basically you have multiple oscillators all playing a saw wave. You then detune them all slightly. It's a very overused sound but can be quite useful.

If you've got serum or something it is easiest.

Stock plugins on ableton I would use the Analog and have multiple instances in a chain so I could get 8 voices, all slightly detuned from one another.
