The comedown is a bitch. Couple days dosing in a row, serious depression afterwards. Also kills your energy & motivation for a while too.

i use the australian equivalent dextroamphetamine, and the tips i could give are
- Eat a very good meal about 1 hour before you want to take it, im talking like lots of fats/carbs and protein, something like bacon eggs and toast with a cup of juice kind of thing
- keep sugar levels up, i personally like to drink gatorade when using them, it keeps me level.
- take another one before you start to feel it wear off or else you will crash and the feeling isn't as good when it does kick in

Stick to low doses to start, I'm sure there are people here with tons more experience than me for appropriate dosage information.
I like the extended release type, nice buzz for the entire day. Kinda fells like that magic chillin' time of MDMA in between the initial peak and the come down to me without the overly loving everything feeling. Just a nice, semi-euphoric buzz. Some people open these up and snort them to get all of it at once, but personally I like the longer ride/lower intensity of just swallowing the pill, but I've done it both ways.
Don't do if you want to go to sleep in the next 24 hours. Make sure you're taking it to get some shit done though, if I don't have anything to occupy my time I just want to run around or get agitated very easily over small things. You will be much better at talking to people if you are introverted (probably if you're not as well but can't say from experience).
Make yourself eat something, I can never eat anything heavy or greasy though... makes me nauseous. I can scarf down some of those orange peanut butter crackers like a mother fucker on it though. Don't forget to keep hydrated too.
Took 2 25mg XRs (about 24 hours apart) last time I did it. I was up for 3 days straight lmao, got all my finals shit done though then had a nice, relaxing, long sleep on my first day after the college semester was over.
If you plan on doing it multiple days in a row, try to get a few hours of sleep if you can, even if its just 2 or 3 (you will feel much better than just staying up, trust me).
Try not to abuse them, as others have said, heart issues can occur. I try to limit myself to only a few times a year, usually for midterms or finals (sometimes if I have a big paper too).
There are many drugs that someone might sell you as "adderall", just look up the letters/numbers or symbol on the pill to make sure you're taking what you think you are. There are also generic versions of these drugs.
This is easily one of the hardest pills to find if you don't know anyone with a script. I've been at it fit months. I decided to try the over the counter alternative.

Depending on your situation, if you're getting any kind of government assistance in terms of health insurance, the doctors they'd send you to as GPs tend to be the absolute easiest to get scrips from.
They generally don't give a single fuck as long as you're not trying to get opiates or the like from them; if you tell them you got an adder scrip from a previous doctor a couple years back for ADD/ADHD & haven't been the same since you went off it (difficulty concentrating, sleeping/tired/fatigued all the time, etc) they'll give you a scrip.

I have a script for it. I am prescribed to take 20 mg three times a day. One pill every 4 hours. Sometimes I take half a pill at the end of the day instead of a full one...and honestly...I don't feel fucking anything when taking them. I don't feel more focused or anything. It is literally as if I didn't take any at all.
