The truth of league of legends is you are roughly at the elo you belong, when you cease to stop solo carrying your games, consistantly.

For instance, i peak in high diamonds , and thats probably where i belong. I can solo carry almost every game up to low diamond regardless of the enemy picks / my teammates performance. Sure I lose because I get bad players, but it's the consistancy and the amount of games invested which bring it to a normalized value.

If I were you I would change your champion pool and role. Play more low skill high reward champions. Play easy champions that control the map. Go pantheon top and shit on people who can't deal with harrass and get an early led then ult mid ever couple minutes and tp to gank bot. Or go TF mid and ult yellow card bot lane until they are ground into the dirt. or go an easy high pressure jg like xin, tryn, udyr, or rek sai and split turrets and win. Low divisions its all about picking an easy snowball champion, either farming or killing to get items then shoving your powerspike into objectives until you win. No offense to the adc or support role, but its hard as fuck to single carry from either because you are always dependent on the team to peel or kill for you.

There is something called mmr. Matchmaking Ranking. and it is what Riot uses to determine with what other players you get matched. your mmr adjusts faster than the league your are in an always adjust by a fair amount (eg +10 -10) depending on the mmr difference of both teams.
If you mmr is far below or far above your current league the league points gained will adjust accordingly. Now what happens is that people often get "stuck" on the bottom of a league. eg gold5 plat5 or diamond5 .....
They got to that league once and from then on out started to lose more games than they won. their mmr tanked and they started winning again. They are now eg. diamond 5 with no points but with the mmr of a platin4. This will result in them losing more points than they gain form games because THEY DO NOT BELONG IN A HIGHER ELO THEY ARE WAY MORE SHITTYER THAN IS DISPLAYED AND RIOT DOS IT SO POOR FUCKERS WHO JUST BARELY MANAGED TO CLIMB INTO THE NEXT LEAGUE BY LUCK DONT FEEL BAD FOR DROPPING RIGHT OUT OF IT.

I had the same problem OP, here is the thing though when they moved the servers I instantly shot out of bronze to silver and just missed gold because of hospital, purely support main. What is your typical ping? also do you have decent periphs? just got a G502 even though my qualifying games will probably put me back in silver I expect to easily get gold, than again considering how long I have played and the fact all my friends are plat/diamond it is actually bad, I'm bad sometimes I have to admit that to move forward but at least better than most of the kids I get stuck with in ranked.

Also, first try looking at yourself, if you are 100% sure you deserve to be something higher, just cheese with picks that the elo can't deal with.
For example, playing nasus in low elo is a great choice, just split push all day and if they come , get a double kill.
Trynda is okay.
Low elo really struggles with objective defending, so you might wanna pick something that can push well.

im gold and i can assure you its not luck based. luck is accounted for in a large sum of games. you play a lot, luck and unluck evens out. if i call heads, you have tails, and we flip a coin 5 times and i win 4/5, go ahead and call that luck. but if you flip the coin 500 times youll quickly see its not about luck, its about probability.

Ex low LP challenger peak here. Stopped playing seriously late S4. If you actually had a rating one could give you tips to improve, but considering you're bronze it literally means you just have to mechanically outplay your opponents, and should be able to do so 100 percent of the time.

I remember smurfing in S3 in bronze, running leblanc mid with smite and Wing to steal the enemy blue every game, hence winning mid and jungle. It was the most uncreative cheese ever but it worked because bronze.

Play adc with damage abilities and range
-cait
-varus
-stay in lane no matter what to save up for BF on first back, even if you have to be a pussy in lane to last that long
-buy flat damage aka BF sword
-poke and auto trade the nipples off of your opponent in lane
-dont throw
that gets you to 55% winrate easy in bronze. doesnt matter if your support is a potato as long as he is smart enough to walk to lane to serve as a slight distraction
