PHYSICAL:
depending on your phisology (and the quality of the pill), you wont feel anything for 30-45 minutes. you might feel a slight buzz start to come on, similar to as if you have the shivers, but you shouldnt feel cold. if you look in a mirror you'll notice your pupils will dialate and you'll slowly become more aware of your surroundings (people who were on ritalin as kids will know what im talking about).

10-15 minutes after this, you should start to roll. you'll most likely feel really energetic and sociable, as E is an upper. you should feel like getting up and dancing, and talking to strangers. things that would otherwise have a subtle texture will feel EXTREMELY PRONOUNCE. rubbing stuff like animal fur, beads, leather, velvet should all feel highly stimulating and pleasurable. you will feel very sensitive to touch (a massage would feel nearly orgasmic). resist the urge to excessively lick / chew on your lips. you will feel very thirsty and should keep your water intake high (but not excessive. not more than 2 water bottles an hour)

EMOTIONAL: ecstasy is going to flood your brain with seratonin and dopamine, these 2 chemicals are responsible for feelings up happiness, and generally positive moods (if you take anti-depressants, this will probably have no effect) you will feel very empathetic towards other people and want to make new friends. you might catch yourself texting EVERYONE on your phone to see whos interested in talking, in an attempt to "share the mood".

The week BEFORE you roll, you should be taking vitamins/supplements AND drinking a steady supply of water. Make sure you're hydrated, and not just by drinking water since water will eventually flush itself out. Eletrolytes. Magnesium supplements (I believe, double check) will stop you from teeth grinding for example. The info is out there, look it up.
