given a jury's propensity to believe literally anything if it's said by a crying woman, and the huge pressure on the courts to increase rape convictions, then provided there's no inconsistencies in the accuser's story it's entirely possible that her testimony alone will be enough to get a conviction. But as I said it depends on a lot of different factors.
