I'm assuming you live in an arabic country but in case you aren't, or in whichever case: what are your reflections on the fact that the negative picture portrayed by media and perhaps other sources (word of mouth etc) have lead to an extremely negative picture of arabs? this is of course only my belief but i think this is a partially global phenomenon.

My final question now, it's almost time for a good sleep. Do you think that Islam is in need of or could benefit from a reform? Personally, I believe it would help to bring the cultures based around Islam into the modern era which would greatly increase the compatibility between Islam centred cultures and typical Western cultures. I've asked this question to a number of Muslims previous and each time they gave the same answer; that Islam does not need reforming, the Western world simply needs to be more willing.
