Biblethumpers are more likely to have children.
Majority of molestation happens from close family member.
Therefore, biblethumpers more likely to molest children. Not by 23 times, but statistically you have to have opportunity to succumb to that kind of deviation. Atheists have fewer or no children.
If you add in any religion, you probably do get a number closer to 23. Many Hasidic, Muslim, and Christian faiths teach daughters as the property of their fathers. Therefore, the frequency of what we consider molestation is incredibly high.
