i use this

grab the zip n drop the exe that comes out of it into your bin in FFMPEG and open the exe from there.
As for rotation, some videos get fucked up, sometimes i have to take it into Windows movie maker, rotate it in there such that it LOOKS like it is rotated incorrectly, export it, then work with it in webmconverter, the result is a properly rotated video.
Im assuming when you view the raw file on your pc it looks just fine? shit happens to me with like 5% of videos i download from TCF, like i said i have to go into WMM and rotate 90-180*, save as mp4 and work from there in webmc.
