PH tech. I can tell he uses the casing method but from my experience, rolling the cakes in vermiculite doesn't cause the cakes to fruit faster. Also, when your re hydrating the cakes after incubation, use distilled water. The PH is close to what the fruit bodies like and there is a slight less chance of a cross contamination.
The glove box is pretty sweet but if your sterile lab technique is good then the glove box is over kill. I prefer to just sterilize the whole bathroom because I like the mobility of not being confined to the box. Spraying my whole bathroom down with bleach gave me a contamination rate of about 3%. I have the exact same terrariums only mine have green handles.
