Und immer noch bin ich irgendwie depressiv. Wenn ich nicht wüsste, dass die Ollen hier meinen Schwanz nicht in den Mund nehmen wenn ich ihn nicht wasche, würde ich es wahrscheinlich auch nicht tun. Oder mein Boss der die Nase rümpfen würde.

Aber am Ende glaube ich, dass wenn ich wieder in Deutschland bin, mich diese Reise wieder hygienisch gemacht hat. Ich werde bald 22. Das sind nur ein paar Jahre Unterschied Chris. I had severe depression up to the point i tried suicide twice. This was coupled with one sort of social anxiety. Then i kinda by accident met my wife of today. I would only go out in the dark and only inebriated. Today I still hate going out and socializing. My wife literally has to drag me outside so i leave the house. But today i fear dieing as opposed to when i just hoped to be terminally ill and die on the spot.
So OP do yourself a favor. Just wash yourself. Make a small improvement. I know you dont want to, i didnt want to either. But today i kinda think inlost 3 years of my life during the time i secluded myself from the outer world for most of the time. I am 25 today.

I think meds help, I had a very nice therapist but she was more like a buddy that gets paid to hear than any real help, I might try again soon with another maybe I can get better meds this time and someone more professional, because of the meds you could get I'd say give it a shot they might give you good stuff.
