Oh not at all, I started this system about 5 years ago and have never been more productive and energetic.
There have been a few studies showing that, when the human body is introduced to a natural sunlight-deprived environment (underground vaults and such equipped to find optimal life settings for people) that people naturally shift to a 32-36 hour day.
