If you don't already, drink 2 glasses of water upon waking up, start regularly walking when you can find the time (from no exercise, don't try to "exercise" your walk, just walk at a normal pace). Not all jobs can afford a healthy diet, but if you can make simple differing choices between what's unhealthy and healthy such as water over soda make that choice.
4/5 hours during the week is good, I'm assuming you really meant 4/5 hours in total for a week and 10+ in total for the weekend.
The time spent without electronics will help rehabilitate the LSD-licked mind and unwind back to your equilibrium.
