I made an account a long long time ago beforethey got agro about lurkers stealing content and reselling it for profit.. so now they close reg and open it at random times. You'll have to keep your eyes peeled on their page every week or so and hope they open up again. They were last opened up for reg maybe like a week ago? You can try now but i dont think itll work, afaik there isnt even a reg button on the main page. They'll usually advertise somewhere on the main pagee when reg IS open.
