Hello fellow fuckfaces.

I have a pretty interesting question for all of you out there.

I'm a 300 pound nineteen year old fucker who does her best to eat healthy (low carbs, high protein without eating red meat, heck I barely eat meat as is) and healthy fats like avacado.

I don't exercise much (is that even a surprise) but I do eat healthy.

I'll skip right to the question, am I a rare instance of a fat-but-still-curvy lady? Or do I come off as one of those in-complete-denial whales who just try to use curvy as an excuse for being fat?

PS I don't use curvy as an excuse for being fat, as stated above I do try to eat healthy since I know I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle, it's the very least I can do to not give myself something like heart disease. I do like to go on walks and I commute via walking and bus daily, so I do burn at least a good 200~500 calories per day through exercise, while taking in 1500~2000.
Where I'm getting at is I'm not completely ignorant towards my body as much as I am just not motivated.

TL;DR Am I still sexy despite being a fat fuck because I show minor interest in not ruining my body and also am lucky to have a decent frame or am I just completely vomit-worthy??? ? ?

Secondly, you obviously are not understanding what it means to eat healthy. I eat processed foods all the time, but I also eat them in correct portions, am very physically active (have been my whole life), and don't have delusions about myself.

Nobody gets to be 300 pounds by taking in 1500 to 2000 calories a day.

I personally am 6'3" with a very slow metabolism and a sedentary lifestyle, dont eat particularly healthy, and only weigh in at 250lb on a really fat day.

I have a hard time believing somebody, particularly a female, getting to be 300lb while still maintaining a somewhat healthy diet and daily walking movement (hardly exercise imho, but certainly better than no movement)

I reccomend you take up jogging just to put it all into perspective. nothing like realizing you can't provide enough oxygen for your body to run even short distances

OP I will be as honest about this as I can be without sounding like a real dick. You are not attractive in anyway. That's not to say you might not have a pretty face, but your body is pretty wrecked. Work on getting in shape. Eating healthy isn't going to do it alone. You need to exercise. With your weight I would advise walking to start. 2 miles a day at least 3 times a week. Then once you loose some weight get to a gym. You will definitely have extra skin and stretch marks but at least you won't be fat and unhealthy.

In case you're real, "eating healthy" doesn't mean shit when you're consuming a trough of it a day. You need to regulate the amount and actually COUNT the calories you're inputting to your body daily. You're not "starving" yourself at 1500kcal per day. You won't die from that unless you legitimately have diabetes or something, and even then, you could talk to your doctor about getting your insulin in check to diet. You also need to actually count calories and not give estimates. People that estimate don't lose weight because they underestimate their consumption.

Also, you'll have a shitload of excess skin when you do lose the weight and you'll probably need surgery to remove it. Every time you see those scars, remember how much you struggled to get healthy and consider it an injury. Being as fat as you are puts you at risk for all kinds of diseases that are harder to fix (or permanent) than your weight.

I know quite a few people who live my exact lifestyle and they manage to stick around 130 at 5'5'' whereas I'm 6'0'' and 300. The worst part is that unlike me they literally never leave their house and actually get to eat shit like half a carton of ice cream, whereas I'm stuck here eating 6 small portions of mostly vegan food throughout the day.


But of course, as you said, obviously I can't prove that to you because the diet I only started about four months ago should reflect completely on my body.

Hey OP, I'll tell you this. I've been a weight counselor for 4 years now and have helped about 60 people reach their desired healthy fat-muscle ratio. You are not currently attractive to me, I just can't go for girls who have that poor of a fat-muscle ratio. You need to take a good look at your lifestyle.

I'm going to approach this differently though. What do you actually DO? You say a sedentary lifestyle but if you could clarify what that means I could offer some advice to help you add exercise into your routine without adding much, if any, extra time. I'm gonna do a smart people thing and actually mention that this particular life style that I've changed to was only put into action about five months ago, and on my adventure I have lost ten pounds. I would lose a lot more if I was more active, but I think we all start somewhere, yes?

Walking has become much easier, and it really helps when you have friends in real life who help encourage you to make your life actually worth living.


I've been told a lot of the things repeated in this thread by handfuls of people and it would always hurt, but I've come to grow used to it.

Hey. Do what I did. I replaced my gaming chair with a stationary bike and now I bike while playing vidya. The onboard calories burned thing usually says between 1000 and 2500 calories after a nine hour gaming session. I make sure to drink lots of water and take breaks to avoid muscle strain. Eventually I'll have it so ramped that a 50 degree incline will be as nothing to me. Niggas be like "go ride your bike outside where cars can hit you and you don't have control over the incline settings" I say fuck that I'd rather cycle through dark souls 3 while smoking that good kush. Weed reduces muscle swelling, btw, and lets you exercise longer and harder without as much pain the next day. It's also a bronchodilator which helps you oxygenate your brain and muscles.

Under WW's points, most're just as expensive as fucking hot pockets. Don't eat salads thinking they're healthy! Unless it's fruits and cabbage ONLY, aka no sauce, no nuts, no extras at all, it's not.) and I've lost 20 lbs myself since early this year. The key is TRACKING it and sticking to the Serving Sizes, portion sizes, not just blindly munching from the bag or eating until you feel bloated. You can start slow, and noone can tell you what to eat, WW isn't a Diet, it's tools to learn with. If I actually walked or exercised beyond the 5-10mins of situps I do maybe once a week, I'd lose way more.

Nope, I've kept it off and intend to continue to do so. I keep a scale and weigh in every week, I use the etools to track what I eat and stay within my points and I've steadily been losing. Then start walking, spend 10 minutes walking the first day, like vigorous walking, then increase 10 minutes every week for a month, then start adding in swimming or getting on elliptical and move at a pace significantly faster than walking, keep your heart rate above 150 (elliptical or swimming wont destroy your joints like running will)

do this and since you are already big you will shed weight like crazy, dont stop doing this. if you got down to 150lb you might be a nice curvy slice at that point and at least in a better BMI for your health range
