Okay so I thought this thread would be dead by now so thanks for keeping it bumped and for all your advice and help - will read it all in detail later.

Thanks to one of my buddies who decided to help, I have hopefully salvaged some rep. He disagrees with how I went about it but he can see I was desperate so he played along.

Basically......

My mate spent some time softening up my ex and telling her I suffer from a few issues and would like to at least explain my actions. She agreed, by text only at first, that I can say my piece. I told her that my depression has come back because I fear I am going to lose her. I told her was back on my medication ( if you have been reading this thread you'll know this is all a lie from the past ). I also told her that I was at a low and decided to take some drug to give me confidence to treat her to a wild sex session. I told her the drugs obviously reacted with her and effected my decision making.
