That will not work, you don't throw them out at a pharmacy. The damaged ones must be accounted for and sent off to be destroyed properly. If even pill/patch etc went missing they would replay the dozens of cameras they have on you at all times and see you pocket it. Even if you were somehow really smooth in your pocketing, you'd be fired anyways for losing a narcotic that you had possession of, as they could face fines over it.
