buy rice, a variety of uncooked dry beans and lentils when you have money and base your food on that.

with these 2 things you can make many many nourishing and tasty meals.

goes with fish chicken beef veggies salads or nothing at all as long as you spice. if youre gonna do beans, add some sugar and vinegar and will always come out ultra tasty. my personal recomendation: try to eat black beans as often as possible since they are among the most nutritious of beans.

a simple cheapo pressure cooker will bring you a long way.

if you dont live in a city this gets even easier. pick avocados, steal potatos and carrots off farms at nite. during seasons you can literally go and collect shopping bags full of corn and no one will even notice.
