What worked wonders for my was actually pulling my foreskin taut outwards, inserting two fingers (one from both hands obviously) while feeling along the foreskin looking for the tightness. Once you've found it lightly pinch and stretch horizontally for a good 30 sec. After that, rotate your pinch 90 degree and repeat.

Do this a couple of times. And call it a day. Slow and steady is the way to go, to fast will lead to complications.

Its loose skin... there is NO reason why it shouldn't stretch. Just be persistent and carefull.
