Tahm is very good aswell.
As a used-to-be high plat player, IMO, the best supps are Thresh/braum at the moment, Tahm is very good aswell but after his nerfs nobody seems to be picking him while i still hate/love him(depending on which team he is ^^) because his kit is just too good.
I wouldn't suggest roaming in you elo, i assume it doesn't work out usually, but if it does then great!
Just protect your adc/the most fed person in your team and you should climb fast enough.

"Fill" is a sign of low elo? Not really, people ain't pressing this one due to high chance of getting support role. People on low elo love to play "playsmakers" like Yasuo, Zed, Riven, Vayne, Lee etc., people on high elo have their picks chosen more carefully.

Nah, people in low divisions never suck, they are good and they deserve higher league, but they have noob teams, afks and trolls all the time, that's why they stay in their division. The only way they can get out of it is to play mid/top/jungle/adc (what is funny, because ADC and top ain't really that good to carry, even support is better).

Support is the best role to carry in every MOBA. I mean a support role, so Jungler or Roamer is also a kind of support. Just look at HotS, a good support will literally be worth 5 lvls and 3 objectives by himself.

Mid is the easiest role to carry in LoL, cause you can win 1 lane, help other lanes, pressure jungle with your jungler (higher elo) and you got lots of damage/utility (usually).
Jungler's pretty much the same, tho if you get higher elo it works better. Sometimes even if you fuck enemy jungler and give your team adventage, they may not use it properly (and that's a main problem). It's funny tho, that "better jungler wins a game", but "it's easiest to win without jungler".
Btw. that's true.
Support however, well, he wins bot lane (everybody know that), he can roam and help other lanes leaving ADC farming alone. Semi-jungler/winning bot lane. Good to have good support, but I think his carry potential is lower than jungler/mid.
