I worked a couple of times with a smaller dubbing studio and the first time it wasn't so bad except for the fact that their studio was pretty run down like they had never vacuumed the carpet. The second time though I was working with someone whom it was their first time, and she told me that she had to fuck the audio director for the job. My honest suggestion would be that you don't do it at all. As I said before there is no one who is just "Natually Gifted" at it. But to answer your question... It's easiest to get work at your local radio station, use work from there along with a professional demo to help you get an agent, go from there.
