this isn't all of it just one corner. on the whole a fluffy pony would live about the same type of life as a dog or cat. either as a domestic house pet or as a ferrel. only real difference is that in most headcannons the corporation that made them lobbied to have them put under the classification of "biotoy" rather than animal, stripping them of the same rights as a creature made via evolution. granted that on the whole society wouldn't let that stand too long. but for some the idea of getting to kick the shit (usually literally) out of an animal that more often than not is out for selfish gain is pretty cool.
