I'll tell you something I used on someone in wrestling back in hs.

I did wrestling myself actually, and during a practice I'll let some practice a technique on me.

Well what that technique hurt & that guy choose to be an asshole and didn't release when I tapped.

So I let him take me down so my back was on the floor, and my knees were on both sides of his ribcage.

Once he was in that position, I locked me feet together, and straightend my legs as hard as I could.

Pretty much what that does is put a fucking load of pressure on their ribs & if you do it fast and hard you'll break some.

The best part is that people don't expect it. You can't bitch out though, because if you feel sorry for him, you will just be open to get hit in the face.
