I still have problems with faces as I cannot draw eyes. And they ARE one of the most important things to draw !
as you can see, I can say pretty much that the color problems is quite solved.
next things to solve : eye, foals and time taken to draw..
Any tips for the eyes that would be easy and that could go along with this style ?
Or, any tips to improve?

that would be pen pressure sensitivity. if you're using a drawing tablet with say photoshop or paint tool sai. you should get this effect based on how hard you press.
