Well if this is true, then you must look into tax dieds and purchasing land through auction. Once you have over 50,000 in your bank account it is easy profit up to 100% ROI. You can go to auctions pay the auction deposit. Buy a property on bid for like 35000, then sell it for 50-60. I've done my PPL, CPL, Night , Multi and IFR ratings as well as Instructor ratings and I can tell you, if youre looking into it just for fun, get a license only if you can afford the plane itself because they are both ridiculously expensive. A PPL or even recreational will cost you bare minimum 10000$ to 20000$ and then you have to buy the aircraft for 50k-400k. Renting an aircraft is roughly 100$ an hour.
