Fuck yes, this was the first deathmatch fps I really got into, and the last one I put any serious time into. I'm old enough to have played older games but nothing had/has had a bigger impact on me than that one.

I remember playing a game where you took out literal crowds of enemies with a sword or an axe or some other weapon, you would go from crowd to crowd (or rather army to army as they were attacking you). You were mainly in fields with small towns (maybe only fortresses) around you.
