They really didnt go into allot of detail, the first specialist i was seeing when i had that done was fucking terrible. you really shouldnt wait, i had issues like these and doctors wrote off that i had a non cancerious cyst in my liver eventhough my liver values were high up, and basically wrote me off as hypocondriact so i had to take pictures for every symtom for them to belive what i said, theres no doctor to this day that has the energy or interest to properly treat me, they look at the paper and see that no other doctor feels like doing anything with me and moves on, waiting only shows that you yourself dont think this is serious and thus neither will the doctors, and if your eyes heal they will simply say it was a virus or nothing serious cause you didnt go blind and leave it at that meanwhile your liver might be dying

so after reading this whole thread this seems to be either crohns desease, colitis ulcerosa or some form of intestinal cancer. Could also be a problem with your pancreas which can also indirectly affect your liver.

The yellow eyes could be either the symptom called Icterus/Jaundice with hints at a liver or pankreas problem or it really could just be "old" blood in your eyes which changed color.

I would not concentrated on your eyes though.

your primary problem is cleary something with your abdominal region. Like everyone said go to a specialist for that region of the human body (visceral surgery etc.) in a big universital hospital in a big city and they should be able to help you

nevertheless the IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) and depression thing could also be right. It doesnt always have to be somatic. What strongly speaks against IBS though is the inflamation of your intestines.

But to diagnose you with that they basicaly have to do a "diagnosis of exclusion" which means they have to check every other possibility first and it kinda also sounds like they did that
