I started vaping about 3 months ago.
I used to smoke 10-15 ciggs a day.
I havent had any negative effects yet.
Can do a 1 mile run in less than 6 mins now.
I quit smoking and started vaping because i knew that if it wasnt vaping then it would be ciggs. I would always have a vice of that sort.
Either way i must say its a great decision and i have become a lot healthier. Just a bit awkward to vape in public but i dont really give a fuck.
