Hey /b/, since today's Adolf Hitlers birthday, I want to know what you actually though of him. I'm just curious.
He went about what he desired in the wrong fashion and rather than creating a utopia through distilling the masses into adhesion through propaganda and such much like he did early on, he decided eradicating a "Race" was a much better option. I'm not sure where on the road that dream of his became twisted but I cannot blame him for the blatant use of power. Not many men could do what he done without breaking far earlier.

If Hitler hadn't killed the Jews and gone to war with England and France he would have easily been the greatest leader to have ever lived. Think about it, he went from being homeless to the leader of Germany, made them one of the most powerful nations in the world, saved the economy, stopped the homeless problem, even with what he did is considered one of the greatest speakers to have ever lived. Hitler is by far one of the most successful men to have ever lived. Listen to one of his speeches even if you don't have subtitles and don't speak German it's impossible not to feel moved by his speeches.

Okay- here's the thing.... Killing people is bad mmkay and all that, but I am interested in thinking how things would've gone had he actually completed his mission- He was old and sick towards the end, so if he did make it, he would've upon his death either been replaced by a strange pilot-beauro , or there would've been a social re build. I just can't help but think there was a certain logic in a lot of what he did- he managed to link up the country with state of the art highways (still in use) contributed to science and engineering due to the need of his goal, the first anti smoking campaign- lots of socially good things. ......then he killed a bunch of Jews. Yep. Happened. We can stop crying about it now, it's been over 60 years, and they got thier own little country and have been dicks about that ever since.
