which arm is it? right arm? I'd go to hte hospital if so. Left arm? Could be spasms. Try drinking water for once instead of mountain dew. Mountain don't for a while and drink water.
Go get a prescription for percocet. They are the fucking balls' titties. Though now I'm kind of tempted to try heroin. I don't think I will, but I imagine it's pretty fucking great.
