First of all, we have laws about using someones likeness without their permission, which is a separate issue from a video game about raping children. Would I own a fluffy? I don't know, maybe. They seem like a lot of work to not have a shitty one. Nope. It is objectively harmless and gives pedos a release that doesn't involve harming kids. I wouldn't be surprised if it kept someone from hurting a child, in which case making and releasing the cartoon would be the right thing to do morally.
