Because it happens way too often. And I'm not upset so much as I'm trying to understand how someone could get so offended just because something has to do with Nazis. It doesn't make any sense to me. Then again, my beliefs have started to shift towards actual National Socialist beliefs, so I almost feel as it's a personal attack since I could almost be considered a Nazi myself. It's just everyone's ignorance that bothers me. Just because I have beliefs similar to the Nazis doesn't automatically make me an evil person. It's hard to really explain without going into a lot of detail, but I don't like that people immediately want to attack something that they know nothing about, simply because they've been taught to hate it without any sort of actual knowledge about that thing.

I personally DO ignore it because I think it's all bullshit, but that's different than what I'm talking about.

But it does, unless the people who commissioned the fursuits are just edgy kids trying to be cool. Nazi paraphernalia is directly tied in with political standpoints because it's literally called the Nazi Party. If the people commissioning the fursuit are actual Nazis then it does have to do with politics because they're expressing they're beliefs which people get offended by because they know nothing about. Call me a Nazi sympathizer or whatever, but I just don't like that people immediately get offended by anything related to Nazis, is my point. It's also why I don't talk about my political views; because I know everyone will get offended by them, and it kind of makes me mad.

Dislike of the Nazis isn't entirely rooted in the politics, it's mostly rooted in their actions, Fascism is bad yes but the hatred for the Nazis is mostly rooted in the things they did, rally a nation to destabilize Europe, start a war that resulted in millions of deaths on all sides, the usage of eugenics as an excuse to ethnically cleanse resulting in camps that systemically exterminated Jews black, Slavs and basically anyone they cough who didn't fall into their ideal race.
Just think about it, a group that gained political power, started a war, killed millions f people, destroyed cities, and resulted in the loss of cultural treasures, and you are mad people don't like them?
like, even ignoring the holocaust for a moment they still systematically bombed civilian targets across Europe, the bombing campaigns against London where devastating by them self's.
