My program is more in line with Copanhegan suborbitals, a grant would be fantastic but I can't request any until the program has some more hardware development, so unroll then it's all out of my pocket and through donations.
You ever try developing a rocket engine, sounding rocket and space suit out of pocket? It's hard and slow but I am makeing progress.
