to further this, I replaced the driver side bearing only earlier in the year. I used threadded rod with washers and spun it from both sides with equal pressure until the bearing seated, then I inserted the spindle and eased it into place ..also done in the driveway. but it was too cold to use heat and a slide hammer wasn't an option (I can't fight my weights anymore)

Honestly, have money. Save up cash in whatever you're doing now, have good credit, and you can get a small business loan. Borrow money from friends relatives etc. Start up capital is the hardest part. Also, find an urban hipster neighborood that's in the midst of gentrifying, set up shop and don't be a douche. Offer day care services in the beginning and slowly expand to other services like grooming, training, and retail. After 2 years, my business runs itself basically with happy employees and even happier pet parents.

If I work my ass off and my company ships a few extra units, I don't see another dime, so where's the motivation? And here's something else, I have eight different bosses right now. So that means that when I make a mistake, I have eight different people coming by to tell me about it. That's my only real motivation is not to be hassled, that and the fear of losing my job. But you know, that will only make someone work just hard enough not to get fired.

I make iOS/Android apps. I develop, make the art assets (fuck making games, I don't know how to make music or make good art) such as app icons, tab icons, etc., design the UI, run my Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, and market all on my own. I would not recommend trying to do this on your own, at least outsource or get a business partner/employees. I did it because I boostrapped this business and had $200 of starting capital. Now that it's grown to this size it feels normal to just keep doing it all on my own.

Massive pain in the ass, but I set myself up for being able to get a job in mobile development so fucking easily if I wanted to stop and pursue a career in just development as opposed to doing all that I do now because of the shit I could put on a resume.
