My first neurologist had brought up the surgery option, but he said that the scar tissue was so small that in the end it'd be exploratory at best.

He said that even if they found the small part that's affected, that removing it might be too difficult because of its location. I'm not sure which part controls what, but the scar is right above my right ear so my left side is affected. He said it controls the senses, like sight smell touch etc. That's how my seizures manifest as well, alterations of those senses in some way.

The medication was Abilify, which is *considered* to be an anti-psychotic, but it's all the same shit. Started taking it, within about a month or so I started getting daily headaches, which progressed into migraines. Vision began to decline (developed an astigmatism in each eye within a 2 week period), had a lot of vertigo, etc. Finally was referred to a neurologist for it, physical testing was normal, but intracranial pressure was VERY high. Had an MRI scheduled, with contrast. The initial theory was a pseudo tumor, which apparently is common with that medication. No tumor was found, but the report noted a severe demylination of the entire length of the optic nerve, as well as slight scarring of other small nerves around the base of the skull.

Since then, I've had occasional muscle tremors, numbness of an entire limb, but only my left arm or right leg which doesn't make sense, etc...

tl;dr Taking Abilify caused intracranial pressure to skyrocket and an MRI found severe demylination of the optic nerve. Any thoughts? I know you're a surgeon, but I'd imagine the musculoskeletal aspect is something you might know about. Thanks
