everything implies either suicide or a setup to look like a suicide, what would potentially suggest the latter is if she was facing the desk, then the gun she's holding in the right hand wouldn't leave a big blood stain on the wall, the blood will shoot out form the other direction hence my theory that she must've looked elsewhere upon pulling the trigger.

Why is no one mentioning the blood on her neck?

i dont think that stool would fit under the tiny bench, or i doubt she could fit her knees under that bench while sitting on the stool, the bench doesnt seem to have much width to it so she would have no where to put her elbows, she would have to lean forward alot to write and smoke, i would assume she was cleaning her gun, while writing a poem and smoking, fell off her chair, doing that slow motion tilt, knowing she was gunna fall, waved her hands around, one hand holding a gun and 1 hand holding a smoke, she panicked while her finger was on the trigger, blew her face off, evidence - shes holding the smoke and the gun and that chair aint fitting under that bench, looks weak and unstable aswell, bitch got murdered by the gun.

as this anon points out the blood had to trickle down her neck my guess is that after she shot she slumps to the left, her head hits the wall for a bit before the she slumps and the stool slides out from underneath her. considering she probably sat in the stool before taking off her slippers and the slipper visible is right footed we can see that it was originally a lot closer to the wall making the distance feasible.

Now heres where im having some trouble on the timing because i think its possible she could have hit her head on the wall giving blood enough time to trickle out while the gun hand simultaneously swung out pulled her weight off balance causing the chair to slide at which point the gun hits the lamp power cord unplugging it and flipping the gun hand over from contact. Also from the one video i looked at pistol cartridges look like they can fly out around 3-4 feet away giving a second of time for it to fly out and the gun to swing it would be coming out in the exact opposite direction of the image possibly putting it off camera

So, as we can see, the person was writing something before he / she died, but it isn't finished, so it can't be a farewell letter, also the chair where he / she was sitting on is lying on the floor, like the person was in a fight or in a hurry, and that only makes sense when the person was murdered, also that the cigarette is still in the persons hand would make no sense in the case the person commited suicide, and the gun would have fallen out of the persons hand if it was a suicide, so: >it was murder
