No, she or one of her top aides are most certainly going to get indited for the email scandal that for the longest time I thought was bogus. The FBI has been on this case for over a year and they are not fucking around. She will have to drop out.

To the people bashing Hillary, just face it, she is the only one qualified to do the job. She has the experience to run this country. Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders is a big fat joke. Anyone who votes or voted for them are obviously uneducated and have no real knowledge of politics. Quit drinking the kool-aid because there will never be mass deportation nor free college. Grow a brain and vote for Hillary. It's our only chance for a better future. When she becomes President and you are butthurt about it, move to another fucking country, we don't you anyways. Peace out

Doubt all you want, the least that will happen is a top aide indicted. Then she'll be fucked.

She is guilty as hell.
The FBI agents don't appreciate her denigrating their investigation.

This.

The Clintons are slippery as fuck but I'm pretty sure she's out of lube for this one. There are literally thousands of charges to nail her on and they already have a grand jury. There has to be a decent line of people willing to throw her ass under the bus to save their own political careers at this point. I highly doubt that she will be allowed to hold the office of president at the very least.

>>
>>678581272
This is literally not possible.

I suspect the best case scenario for her is that it will be a sealed grand jury trial and they'll appoint special DOJ council (which is almost 100% going to happen...it would be stupid if it didn't happen).

This would mean that the trial would take 2-3 years to complete. So, she could already BE president by then and then if they end up nailing an aide instead of her she could just pardon them and it would all be sealed for 15 years because it's classified and no one would no about any of it until she's dead.

It's genius.

Also, good luck beating Trump. Something like 35-50% of Sanders' supporters wouldn't vote for Shillary and a fair amount would even vote for Trump. On the other side, once Trump gets the nomination the #StopTrump movement will die and the majority of republicans (including Cruz's followers) will vote for Trump. Current polls are misleading because they don't take into account that large portions of Sander's supporters won't vote for Clinton and large numbers of Clinton supporters wouldn't vote for Sanders. Voter turnout (or lack thereof) has always hurt Democrats more (in recent years), so without someone that can rally the Democratic party (honestly, neither candidate will be able to - many of Clinton's supporters see through Sanders' "blame Wall Street" financially illiterate bullshit and many Sanders supporters know how much of a dirty, corrupt politician Clinton is).

Bet Bill munched her box every chance he could
>>
>>678582212
lol what
>>
>>678582778
Well actually, right now, it does not matter.

The current FBI investigation is to recover data about the Clinton foundation and mishandling of classified information. The FBI/DOJ can make an internal ruling (likely with a special council appointment from the DOJ) about simply whether or not she/her staff members are allowed to hold public office.

This is ultimately what matters. In reality, the simple fact that the servers exist is enough to keep her from holding office. If the Clinton foundation is indeed being used to launder money or for other dodging purposes then they will definitely move.

The problem arises like I said; appointing the council will almost definitely happen because the DOJ won't want blowback about "why did you come down so hard" or "why didn't you come down hard enough".

That process could take until after the election is over. If that's the case, then it COULD be too late.
>>
>>678582498

Do your research anon. Several of Bill's girlfriends testified that he told them he was sterile from a young age, and thus did not need to wear a condom.

Also, Vince Foster was not killed (it was a suicide), but he had an affair with Hillary after Hubbell.

None of this is exactly news, particularly in Arkansas.

Webb Hubbell is the former law partner of Hillary's at the Rose Law firm. Bill appointed hin to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Served over a year in prison for fraud.

Imagine that, the Clinton's so close to a fraudster. Shocking!

>>
>>678580053
Yeah, I had heard a lot of people dismissing her emails as conspiracy theories like Benghazi (honestly I thought they were related, I didn't know about her irresponsibly handling classified information leading to leaks), but no, it turns out that it really is a huge issue. Now it irks me when people refuse to acknowledge it or dismiss it as not important because it really is. There is a fair probability that she will be charged with a felony before the election. The FBI is taking this very seriously and have moved on to the part of the investigation where they are interviewing her and those who could have been involved. I'm conflicted on how I feel. I hate Clinton and hope they throw the book at her because of how corrupt she is, but I also hate Sanders because he panders to the financially illiterate with populist bullshit.

>>678580940
No she isn't. Nobody is qualified to be president before taking office. Even Clinton wouldn't be qualified for it. She has experience in diplomacy, but she has no experience being the commander in chief of the world's largest military.

RECENT QUOTE FROM TRUMP:

i used to fuck her mom
she'd come over every once in awhile while her kid was staying at college.
she'd get naked as soon as she came in, put on her favorite song and start fucking me while crying. she said the song reminded her of raising her child, and motherhood. she told me it reminded her of how much she missed her child. it made her and me cum buckets.

Free public college is something that's already been accomplished by lots of countries around the world, and ones that are less wealthy than the US. Is the US really so retarded it couldn't do something that so many others have already accomplished easily? The US already has free public education for K-12. Most college professors already get crap pay considering what they paid into their education. The US does few things well, among them is higher education. The main reason why tuition has raised over the past decade is because the cost of administrating the colleges has skyrocketed (look at the salaries of school officials). Before anyone can promise "free tuition" they should think about reforming college administration pay.

Plus, just pay for STEM majors because they do the most for the economy. Fuck gender studies if they don't also take advanced science courses.

We aren't talking about it because it was a hoax. I love how people will ignore facts just to take a dig at Trump. Like when some idiot Sanders supporter talks about his bankruptcies but fails to mention that Trump himself has never declared bankruptcy, and when some of his subsidiaries did it chapter 11 bankruptcy (which is just a debt restructuring, not a failed business) due to economic conditions. Then again, given some of the shit I've heard coming from their camp, it isn't super surprising that Sanders' supporters don't understand what bankruptcy means.

The panic on the Clinton side and the all-out campaign to convince people that Bernie can not win is all the evidence one needs to know that he can win, and that they know he can win.

NY is yuuuuge. If Sanders pulls that off it's a whole new ball game. Those polls suggesting Clinton leads in PA, CA and elsewhere can all change very quickly. Polls both nationally and by states are already all moving in Sanders direction.

That is not a fever dream, but it is a sort of dream, held by tens of millions and growing. Team Clinton just hates dreams, and hopes. They're for the naive and something to be squelched in favor of status quo "third way" centrism. This is why she's so uninspiring and why she and her machine are currently sweating bullets over a little known senator from a tiny state who can actually give people a reason to vote for him other than being the marginally lesser evil of Donald Trump or Ted Cruz.

Sanders isn't any different at all. He's also a shitty presidential hopeful. I especially dislike his ideas on "controlling" firearms.

You're 100% correct, most superdelegates do switch if there is a majority win. Sanders could still have a chance if he wins key states.
>>
>>678593025
Not really. Most professors don't make much as graduate TAs, postdocs, and assistant professors. They make not terrible money as associate professors, then usually pretty good money as full tenured professors. Now, if you become a seated/endowed professor (like the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge) you make a lot of money. As for the second half of that sentence, people generally don't pay much for non-professional graduate school (ie. grad school that isn't medical, law, or business school). You often work as a graduate TA and get a full scholarship and stipend.

> The main reason why tuition has raised over the past decade is because the cost of administrating the colleges has skyrocketed (look at the salaries of school officials)

No, colleges cost more because there is more demand ("everyone goes to college"). Additionally, because you can just borrow money for college, the large expense isn't at the front of your mind, so it's easier to finance it than it would be if you had to pay for it up front.
>>

>I especially dislike his ideas on "controlling" firearms.

No, that's false. You're listening to the Clinton spin-machine too much. Read the Daily News interview again (if you read it at all). Bernie told them exactly how to do it (through the Treasury under Dodd-Frank). The Daily News then confused the whole issue by bringing in the Federal Reserve, which has nothing to do with anything. Hillary then went on TV saying Sanders didn't know what he was talking about, which is false (and I think she knows full well it's false).

I disagree. To achieve tenure is rare and is reserved for the best of the best (so they actually earn their 6-figure salary). Considering the risk that they have to put into the profession (4 years of undergrad plus 4+ years of grad school), they honestly make shitty pay compared to others with similar education.
>you often work as a graduate TA and get a full scholarship and stipend

>>678594162
> The panic on the Clinton side and the all-out campaign to convince people that Bernie can not win is all the evidence one needs to know that he can win, and that they know he can win.

No it isn't. He can't win because he is totally unable to even get close to Clinton in terms of pledged delegates, so he's going to have a very hard time getting those superdelegates.

> That is not a fever dream, but it is a sort of dream, held by tens of millions and growing.

Oh quit with the "Sanders is the politician of the people" bullshit. He spits a populist message that resonates with the financially illiterate. He does the same thing everyone else does: create a boogeyman and blame everything that is wrong in the US on that boogeyman. He uses Wall Street, Trump uses Mexicans, it's the exact same thing, but idiots like you eat it up.

> This is why she's so uninspiring and why she and her machine are currently sweating bullets over a little known senator from a tiny state who can actually give people a reason to vote for him other than being the marginally lesser evil of Donald Trump or Ted Cruz.

No, no they aren't. She's probably ecstatic that it's only Sanders going against her and not someone like Obama who could actually win.

>>678594462
But he would need a decisive majority, not even a simple majority of pledged delegates. I don't foresee that happening. He isn't totally out of it, but he has about the same chance as Cruz winning the republican nomination (not including the possibility of a brokered convention, I'm talking about getting the majority before the convention).
>>
>>678594730
>not that a sane or intelligent adult should give a shit about guns.
I grew up in a very small, very hunting oriented town, so I can see why my ideas might be a bit more skewed towards the conservative side of things. I also went to a globally ranked university, so I tend to have more liberal views than my graduating high-school class has.
I really dislike how they consider semi-auto firearms to be dangerous because the data prove otherwise. I do believe that the US should do more with firearm safety over just controlling everything altogether.
>>
>>678595829
>But he would need a decisive majority, not even a simple majority of pledged delegates. I don't foresee that happening. Cruz has actually been gaining slowly upon trump since the Republican party has started to understand how much of an absolute joke he is.

Tenure is fairly rare, but that's just academia. If you don't get it you can go private sector (unless you did something worthless like are or sociology).

> where the fuck did you go to school? And how can I apply?

The majority of graduate programs in the US. That's how the majority of grad students pay for grad school. You don't get paid much and it's a lot of work, but at least your grad school is paid for.

> In the US, yes, administration costs are a key reason of rising tuition.

They may be labeled on the university's equivalent of an income statement as administrative costs, but no, the reason college is so expensive in the US is supply and demand. Because they can charge more and people will still pay for it, they do.
>>
>>678595829
>He can't win because he is totally unable to even get close to Clinton in terms of pledged delegates
Not true. If he takes NY, it's a new game. And those already falling Clinton poll numbers can start falling even faster. A lot of very big states still in play. But keep desparately trying to convince people he "totally" can't win. The more you tighten your grip the more star systems will slip out of your fingers.

Wall Street and the financial industry, and a corrupt campaign finance system and everything else he talks about are not "boogeymen". They control trillions of dollars and all but destroyed the global economy eight years ago, and are certain to do so again at some point because corrupt politicians who take their money to fund their campaigns did not do what was necessary to prevent it. These are not the equivalent of poor migrants who pick lettuce. These are exactly the sort of issues a presidential candidate should be focusing on.

Your false equivalencies stink.
>>
>>678597160
No he hasn't. Cruz had a few states that would inevitably vote for him happen recently (Utah and Wisconsin). That's the only reason he isn't as far behind Trump as he used to be. How far behind Trump he is is determined by when midwestern states' primaries happen, he isn't winning any other states.

That isn't true. The highest number I've seen anywhere is 25%. But this doesn't mean anything. The number of Clinton voters who said this about Obama during their 2008 primary was close to 50% though. Did that actually happen when the election came around? Did it matter?

Nope.

Do you realize what you said? Yeah, if he wins delegates he could still win, but the problem is winning those delegates.

> Wall Street and the financial industry, and a corrupt campaign finance system and everything else he talks about are not "boogeymen".

Yes it is, just because you bought into it doesn't make it true. Plenty of Trump supporters really do think that Mexicans are rapists, but that doesn't make it correct. Everything Sanders says is based on "Wall Street caused the 2008 financial crisis" claim, but that couldn't be less true. Campaign finance reform is an issue, but Wall Street is only one small part of that. They are doing what every other industry does.

> These are not the equivalent of poor migrants who pick lettuce. These are exactly the sort of issues a presidential candidate should be focusing on.

Yes they are. You have a presidential candidate pandering to people who don't like these groups and blaming all of the country's problems on them (totally without merit). But if you want to argue this, please explain in detail how Wall Street caused the 2008 financial crisis. They didn't make the subprime loans and they didn't package them into MBSs. They simply bought these MBSs from Fannie and Freddy without knowing they were poised to blow up (because nobody knew, not even the ratings agencies). It's easy to blame Wall Street because the financial services industry is often cast as the bad guys, but just isn't accurate.

Your financial illiteracy stinks.
>>
>>678594446
Yep. That's why all the panic. The more people get to know him the more they like him. Also, if the primary had been done in the opposite order, rather than with the most conservative southern states front-loaded at the beginning, it would be Hillary trying to catch up right now.

>>678598470
> Implying berniefags will support the ''racism and misogyny'' Trump

The significance is that they wouldn't vote. Most of Sanders' supporters are in the 18-26 year old age group which is the least likely to vote.

> Implying cruzfags will support the ''degenerate fake conservative'' Trump

They probably will when the alternative is Clinton.

Kappa. I can't stand her, but she does have the highest probability of winning the election. I can't stand her, though. I particularly don't like the perception that "it's her turn to be president." She reminds me of Vice President/President Reynolds in Prison Break. At least she won't raise my taxes as much as Sanders would.

The only hic here is you for thinking Hillary is viable.

I am willing to bet irl my CAR that if Hillary gets elected by the end of her First Year in office we will be at war somewhere for some MADE UP reason.

>It was caused by the financial industry's insane gambling with mortgages.

How? Please explain exactly how this is. They weren't gambling, they simply owned securities that they didn't know were shit. If it weren't for Fannie and Freddy (and by extension the financial services industry to buy the MBSs) you wouldn't be able to get a mortgage. Lenders would need to keep all of those loans on their balance sheets, so they would not be able to lend to anywhere near the number of people they can now.

> I have a presidential candidate addressing some of the most important issues of how the economy and government runs

No, you have a candidate who is telling you what you want to hear regardless of whether it's true or not.

> You're trying to equate this with a demagogue pointing the finger at the poorest and most powerless people in the country.

I'm not trying to equate them, I don't need to. I'm explaining to you that he is doing the exact same thing every other politician does, yet, his followers eat it up and call him honest. If he isn't lying to you, then he's financially illiterate. Neither is a good thing.

> You should be voting for Hillary Clinton.

I can't stand Clinton either. Just because I don't buy into Sanders' bullshit doesn't mean I'm voting for Shillary.

>The significance is that they wouldn't vote. Most of Sanders' supporters are in the 18-26 year old age group which is the least likely to vote
agree but in 2012 a lot was
>They probably will when the alternative is Clinton.
agree
>I think if there actually were any Kasich fags he wouldn't be below 10% of the total delegates
yeah...but swigners will not vote for Trump

"F**k off! It's enough that I have to see you shit-kickers every day, I'm not going to talk to you too!! Just do your G*damn job and keep your mouth shut."

(From the book "American Evita" by Christopher Anderson, p. 90 - Hillary to her State Trooper bodyguards after one of them greeted her with "Good morning."

"If you want to remain on this detail, get your f**king ass over here and grab those bags!"

(From the book "The First Partner" p. 259 - Hillary to a Secret Service Agent who was reluctant to carry her luggage because he wanted to keep his hands free in case of an incident.)

"Get f**ked! Get the f**k out of my way!!! Get out of my face!!!"

(From the book "Hillary's Scheme" p. 89 - Hillary's various comments to her Secret Service detail agents.)

"Stay the f**k back, stay the f**k away from me! Don't come within ten yards of me, or else! Just f**king do as I say, Okay!!!?"

(From the book "Unlimited Access", by Clinton FBI Agent in Charge, Gary Aldrige, p. 139 - Hillary screaming at her Secret Service detail.)

>About the only reason to support Trump is that if he doesn't get the nomination, he'll take his followers and go third-party. Totally fuck up the Repubs for a few cycles, until they get their heads out of their asses and come up with something new.

This is why I'm voting Trump. If it shreds the republican party out of this neocon crony capitalism bullshit I'll accept 4 years of toupee in the White House.

Literally one of the few republicans to speak out against "free trade" since Perot. Except unlike Ron Paul he has votes behind him.

>If it weren't for Fannie and Freddy

This is the Sarah Palin theory on the financial collapse, and it's nonsense. The big commercial banks were driving these practices and doing this sort of thing. F&F got into the game late, largely to keep up. Next you'll be blaming Barney Frank.

If you're worried about financial illiteracy, i'm sure there's a mirror nearby you should look into. You're peddling Palin-tier nonsense to absolve the banks and wall street.

2012 was different because Obama was able to energize the 18-26 voters, Clinton can't really.
