The main characters who are most likely to survive and play pivotal roles are Littlefinger (evil/dark side) and Bran (good/light side)

I personally don't think the Cold War will end between north and south, that all of westeros will fall to whitewalkers
littlefinger will fail in taking the throne (not sure how), and Bran will assist Khaleesi (with assistance of Tyrian, since he knows the lands) in moving continents to rid westeros of the Cold War and false leaderships

I enjoyed the show a lot up to the end of season 3, my taste for it slowly grew bleaker till the end of season 5 where I've all but given up on it.
