You're in this thread. That means you have time. 30 minutes a day it all it takes, really. I'm going to provide to you pretty much all you'll need if you want to get fit, and it's a lot easier than you think, trust me.

Scooby here is the king of /fit/ and for good reason. He has great advice, and has been lifting for a long time, and knows what he's talking about. If you really don't like the way you look, than change it. It's a hell of a lot easier than you think.
