Buy a pair of fiskar trimmers, people dont realise that they loose as much terps and cannabinoids when using a grinder, when heat and friction meet a trichome, that said trichome smudges. I wouldn't recommend sharpstone grinders tbh. They fit well and are nicely made, but the aluminum they use is just too soft for heavy use imo. I'd buy a spyral myself. They aren't quite as nice but just look it over in the store for any fitting issues or whatever. Most of them are fine. They're far cheaper and they actually last longer. I'd go with sharpstone for a press or something like that, but not a grinder.

It literally takes less than a second for it to be absorbed. Fucking look it up. If you're holding it for MORE than 3 seconds, all you're achieving is oxygen loss and extra damage to your lungs.

It's more important to fill 1/3 of your "hit" with actual air. This way it makes sure all the good smoke gets all the way down in your lungs where its absorbed.

Personally I prefer a 4pc grinder, it's nice to save up those crystals and use them on a special date (such as 4/20).
Nothing wrong with 2pc grinders, just some people prefer to save up the crystals rather than smoke them with the bud!

As for holding your hits, just hold it in for as long as you want really, nobody really cares as long as you're having a good time.

Also some people prefer to put a bit of there crystals on the top of their bowls or in joints.

Actually a grinder is your ultimate tool. It's fun when you and friends think "lets collect all the kief and roll a big one". Dude go with 3 or 4pc these 2pc are shit but why? Because they dont grind your weed they smash it. A lot of good stuff gets it sticky and you are annoyed and just clean it, throwing away so much.
