What you can do is issue her a notice saying that she has to be out by the end of the month. NOW the key thing here is that tenants have all the power when it comes to eviction notices in Ontario. You have to use very specific reasons to be able to evict them so that they can't fight it.

The reason you're going to use is that you have family that wants to move in with you. It's the only reason that you can evict for that cannot be refuted
