Having privacy, a lot of leisure time, and access to the internet does that.

The only way to break a habit is to trigger that habit with an alternative. For example, as soon as you start browsing pornography and notice you're browsing pornography you would get up, turn the computer off or put the phone away, then go do some chores, take a walk outside, get a glass of water, etc.

Replacing bad habits with more positive ones is really the only way. The positive habits have positive effects on the mind, and as soon as you accomplish something that benefits you like finishing up some chores instead of wanking, you feel more inclined the next time to do it again.

Whichever habit you feed is the one that commands. I can wake up without an alarm clock at 5am in the morning every day if I do it just a few times first.
