True, I should probably apply at 1 place I'm thinking of today so if they don't call me from the other job I already got something in the system. Yeah, there are a lot of people who say they have depression and just need to man up. Maybe they have a sort of come and go thing. So they're fine long enough to get a job and work a few months, and then everything goes to shit one day because their depression hits for two weeks a year. I think that's the worst kind of depression, because it's like dangling a carrot on a string. You remember good things and how they can make you happy. You feel like trying for them, because you want them. And you can get the job, work it a while and have that taste of victory. And then you quit for no reason because you had a shit day and can't stop yourself, and can't find another job for a long time because you have to wait for the stupid to wear off. Then you want more.
I don't have that kind. I have the kind where there's nothing I want. I'm not metaphorically unable to give a shit. I'm not being a hobo for shits and giggles. I'm killing myself in the most lazy way possible, because that's the best I can do at killing myself.
